30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be in normal condition
• Lightly tested or unused
• In original packaging when possible
• Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Products heavily used or damaged after delivery
• Items damaged through misuse
• Clearance or final sale items
• Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund when applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
